After taking over the management of a family vacation property from a large national management company, founder Chris Cannon discovered firsthand how much of a difference personalized attention, thoughtful improvements, and proactive management could make. By focusing on the details that matter, the property doubled its gross rental income.

That experience became the foundation of Cannon Vacations.
